Before filling out this application, please read the following:

If you have never fostered or owned a dog before, there is a lot of responsibility, dedication, hard work, patience, love and compassion that comes along with agreeing to take this task on. Every dog has their own personality and traits. In some instances, especially dogs that have been rescued from a shelter, they have had very hard lives and along with that, they have certain issues that must be accepted and worked on. They must be treated with extra special care, love and understanding. If you feel that, in any way, you will not be able to acquire such responsibility than please do not fill out this application.

*PLEASE NOTE*:
Foster families accept liability for personal injuries or damages caused by a rescue dog. Foster’s agree, by submitting this application, that working with animals is unpredictable and the utmost caution must be taken in caring for foster animals. While the animal is living with a foster family, it will remain the property of Through Their Eyes Rescue, Inc., and, therefore, all final decisions regarding the welfare of the animals will be the responsibility of this rescue. The foster family will provide all necessary meals, medical attention and care needed while the foster animal is in their home.
(Through Their Eyes Rescue, Inc. will take on the expenses for medical care.)

By submitting the application for consideration, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures of Through Their Eyes Rescue, Inc. This is inclusive of a home visit, which is required.
